The State of New Jersey as of October 2017 authorized the use of TASER’s as a non-lethal means of self-protection for civilian use. TASER's and Stun Guns may now be owned and carried by law-abiding citizens consistent with NJ state laws. The TASER's ability to incapacitate an assailant's central nervous system makes it a formidable, more reliable, and defensible use of force.

The TASER is an Conducted Electrical Weapon (CEW) providing civilians with the same TASER technology used by Law Enforcement nationwide. The TASER provides a less lethal option for you as a civilian to temporarily incapacitate an assailant without the legal ramifications of using deadly force.
